On a lazy day, isn't it great when you can just throw everything together and just shove them into the oven? Cooked penne, english spinach, portobello mushroom and home-made beef balls mixed in Leggo's creamy sundried tomato & garlic sauce, and finally topped with grated mozarella cheese!
